5-axis machining is a modern production method with the highest quality outcomes. Machining of complex shapes for a single clamp is more efficient and more productive than conventional machining of a piece for multiple clamping. This solution offers 5-axis machining. The production cycle is shorter, costs are lower, the perfect accuracy is maintained even for complex parts. The technology is ideal for aerospace industry, medicine, energy sectors and more.

EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) or electroerosive machining is a progressive production process, which works with thermal and pressure effect of electric discharge. Great accuracy and surface purity, including very hard materials, are ensured. EDM is carried out on modern Sodick machines.

Vacuum plating technology represents the process of evaporation of metals in high vacuum and condensation of vapors on cold surfaces of objects. Advantages are possibility to create coating on non-metal materials, while thickness of the coat is 1 – 3 µm. It could be used in optics, electronics, etc.

Vacuum forming technology is based on forming of material in a form using pressure (vacuum). After heating, basic material copies the shape of the mold. The mold has a shape of the final product. Processing of the material using vacuum forming is beneficial in the third dimension of the product. The advantages are spatial shape of the product and high detail. The technology is suitable for serial production (predominantly smaller series) or blister production.

CDL provides the entire development and production of electrical equipment, from the first idea, scheme and initial project development, including analysis of customer requirements, preparation of concept, design of complete solution, through construction and development after the customer approval, production of printed circuit boards (PCB) and the first device prototype, through testing up to the serial production. On another hand, it offers improvement and efficiency betterment of an existing solution – by identification of problems, individual manner of solving and problem elimination, process optimization, with minimizing risks and optimizing costs.
